Exchanges/Returns Policy

Free The Children stands behind its responsible products and guarantees them against any workmanship defects. For non-clothing items, should you find any of these defects, we are happy to have you return any defective items for replacement within 30 days of purchase. For clothing items, should you find any of these defects, or should you be unsatisfied with the fit, quality or size of any item, we are happy to have you return any unwashed items and choose an item in another size or colour within 45 days of purchase. Clothing items that have been washed or altered in any way can not be exchanged or returned, so be sure to inspect your clothing before you wear it.

How to Exchange
Exchanging Free The Children non-clothing defective merchandise won’t take you any time at all. Simply follow the instructions below and your exchanged items will be on their way!

Please keep in mind that return postage will be at your expense, unless the wrong product was shipped to you or the product you received was faulty before it reached you. We ask that you use a carrier that generates tracking numbers to ensure packages are not lost. Also, allow 2-3 weeks for receipt and processing of your return. Returns from international addresses may take up to five weeks to process after the package is mailed.
